Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using StageCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

StageCraft is an AI-powered interior design application that uses artificial intelligence to generate redesigned versions of room photographs uploaded by users. The App offers free and paid subscription tiers.

• •You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to use StageCraft
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple account
• •You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use the App
• •One account per person; creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits is prohibited
• •**Account Deletion:** You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). This action is irreversible — all your designs, photos, and data will be permanently removed.

Free Tier: New users receive a limited number of free generations.

Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate): Unlock additional HD generation credits and features. Plans are billed monthly or annually through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Credits: Generation credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your Photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for AI generation.

AI-Generated Images: The AI-generated designs created using your photos are owned by you. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload images that contain nudity, illegal content, content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

AI Limitations: StageCraft uses AI models that may produce imperfect, unexpected, or inconsistent results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI generation.

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• •Use automated scripts or bots to generate images
• •Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App beyond personal use without written permission
• •Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights
• •Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation may be affected by third-party service outages (Replicate, Supabase). We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

STAGECRAFT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL INTERACTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF STAGECRAFT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
