We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and optionally your name and email address (which may be anonymized by Apple).

Photos & Images: Images you upload for AI processing are temporarily transmitted to our servers and third-party AI services (Replicate) solely to generate your design output. These images are stored in your secure private storage bucket and are not used for any other purpose.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics data such as which features you use, generation counts, and error logs. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

Purchase Information: In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status and credit balance via RevenueCat — we never see your payment details.

Device Information: We may collect your device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes.

We use your information to:

StageCraft integrates the following third-party services:

Supabase: Provides our database and file storage infrastructure. Your images and account data are stored on Supabase servers in the EU region (Frankfurt). [Privacy Policy: supabase.com/privacy]

Replicate (Black Forest Labs / Flux Dev): Processes your uploaded images through AI models to generate design outputs. Images are transmitted securely and not retained beyond the generation process. [Privacy Policy: replicate.com/privacy]

RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and purchase validation. [Privacy Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy]

Apple Sign In: Authentication is handled by Apple. We receive only the minimum necessary user information. [Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy]

• •**Images:** Your uploaded photos and generated designs are stored in your private storage bucket for as long as your account exists. You may delete them at any time from within the App.
• •**Account data:** Retained while your account is active.
• •**Anonymized analytics:** Retained for up to 24 months.
• •**Account Deletion:** You may permanently delete your account at any time directly from the App (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all personal data — including your profile, images, and generated designs — is immediately and permanently removed. To protect service integrity, a non-identifiable cryptographic hash of your Apple ID is retained solely to prevent abuse of free credits. This hash cannot be used to identify you.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• •TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• •Encrypted storage for data at rest
• •Row-level security (RLS) ensuring users can only access their own data
• •JWT-based authentication
• •Regular security reviews

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

StageCraft is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

StageCraft is operated from Türkiye and uses infrastructure primarily located in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt). If you use StageCraft from outside these regions, your data may be transferred internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of StageCraft after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
